Application
The production of lactide from lactic acid raw material is mainly based on the use of lactic acid condensation to produce lactic acid oligomers, and then the lactic acid oligomers are depolymerized and cyclized to produce lactide. The whole process needs to be carried out under the conditions of high temperature, negative pressure and catalysis. During the process, in order to improve the overall yield, the unreactant should be reused by reflux. Finally, qualified lactide products can be obtained through certain purification means. As a biodegradable material, it is mainly used for fixing plates, surgical sutures, heart stents, and body fillers.Package
